Thanks to my attempt at cleaner eating habits, my boyfriend Tyler has decided that I'm "eating like a bird." I beg to differ and have tried explaining to him that I'm probably eating more than I did before, which is ok because my body needs GOOD fuel. He totally understands, but insists on giving me a hard time.

| Breakfast- Pumpkin egg white oats mixed with cinnamon and topped with all natural maple syrup |

| Lunch- Boiled eggs, carrots, cukes, apple slices, and a turkey spinach sandwich on whole grain bread |

| Snack- A few handfuls of raw pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds, soynuts, and raisins (Like my pink Keds look-a-likes and jeans?! Pink out day for Breast Cancer Awareness at school = jeans day! woo hoo!) |

| Snack- Peanut Butter & Chocolate Quest bar to hold me over while I line judged the volleyball triangular |
